EQUIP Human Solutions, alongside its training division WMTC, needed clarity, cohesion, and momentum.
With separate brands operating under a shared mission, the messaging and visual identities were fragmented, creating confusion in their audience perception.
Additionally, the campaigns being executed prior to our engagement were not effectively representing the programs or their target audiences — leading to poor engagement and missed opportunities.
The website’s navigation and user journey were also misaligned, with broken flows that impacted the enrollment process and overall user experience.
